A definition of community is something like a group of people with diverse characteristics, linked by social ties, similar perspectives, who engage in joint action for a common good. The community I´d like to invite to, are with professionals who connect to the notion that we are a part of a cosmic collective, interdependent with all life. Somehow, we know we are greater than the sum of the parts. We understand that how we contribute to the whole, makes a difference all day, every day. People who think this way, understand that human factors matter a great deal – and that such factors needs nurturing practice, disruptive times notwithstanding. A practice we are committed to evolve leading as love.

My friend Ilaria wrote this: For many of us, awakened by personal, societal, and planetary crises, it is becoming clear that “all we need is love.” When we trust that inner knowing and follow the thread of love, each in our very personal, inexplicable ways, we encounter the wisdoms of all times teaching us that we ARE love. ´All that is IS love´ Leadership practitioners are beginning to integrate this encounter of Love. To ground the leadership discourse in our essential nature, do we have the courage to lead as Love? What difference would that make? Another friend Subaria, suggested: “Let´s practice becomint CLOs – Chief Loving Officers!”

Let´s build a community of like-minded, system-oriented people, who align with the notion of ´ the whole being greater than the sum of its parts, and wanting to figure out how to lead as love.´ We´re interested in betterment – self mastery, transcending conditioning
for the benefit of our own expansion, and for who we want to be in relationships with others.
