Single Co-Active Coaching Session – 1 hour can be great, but is usually not enough to bring about lasting change. Useful to experience if coaching is for you, and if you like my coaching style. However, most people benefit from settling into the process, and need some stability around working things through. A commitment of three months, six months or a year, yields discount, and we will land an agreement so that both parties are happy with the way things are done.
