Above all, I cherish seeing the potential and beauty in others and champion them on their path forward. My skills and tools include coaching individuals and relationship systems, give Reiki treatments and accompany women on their evolutionary journeys. My ´inner motor´ is emotional, (Human Design) and it´s useful to know for myself, and others, that I´m on the high spectrum of the highly-sensitive scale (HSP). Consequently, embracing the full range of my emotions and sensory impressions has taken time & effort to understand and harness. The result is that I have come to trust my intuition first and foremost; and I often see possibilities when others do not; in fact my incarnation cross in Human Design states I am coded to do so.

Another consequence of being sensitive is that I can hold space for people on their path forward, through witnessing their perspectives, experiences, and quantum signs. I somehow feel others´ strengths and challenges.

I believe that people who cultivate their inner technology expands the Universe, and I am committed to doing my part to support this expansion.

Also, I am coded for life-long learning. Therefore, I am currently a Ph.D. Student learning the game of research. My dissertation is about human factors in interdependent, multidisciplinary collaboration.

I have spent over two decades in the Norwegian Construction Industry; applying skills ranging from architectural- and urban design, sustainability, circularity, project management, leadership, and business entrepreneurship.

“Inner work is world work.” I champion the concept of inner technology and embrace empowering spiritual practices. In other words, I regard future evolution dependent on the up-skilling of our inner-technology as crucial for our future. Suppose we do not evolve our relationship skills. How will we act wisely with AI, automation, robotics, and the increasingly intelligent machine-learning?

Therefore, my daily practice consists of tools that evolve such skills, like changing my thinking, meditation, yoga, evolve with others in groups practicing systems intelligence. Consequently, I love various forms of coaching, learning, facilitating and teaching, sharing my expertise, supporting others people´s growth as well as my own
